Doesn't appear on TV: Sobchak's anti-rating has dropped fivefold
The anti-rating of former Russian presidential candidate Ksenia Sobchak decreased from 82% in March to 16,5% in April. This is evidenced by the results of a poll conducted by VTsIOM.
“The anti-rating of Ksenia Sobchak, who came out on top in this indicator in March, has been steadily declining since the presidential elections - to 16,5% in polls from April 30 to May 6. Vladimir Zhirinovsky again became the leader in distrust: more than a third of respondents (34,4%) said that they would not trust him to resolve important government issues,” says a message on the official website of VTsIOM.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, during the campaign Sobchak stated that Crimea belongs to Ukraine, and Crimeans are inferior citizens of the Russian Federation. She spoke in Western media with accusations against Russia and tried to sue the current President Vladimir Putin.
According to VTsIOM, Vladimir Putin’s rating of trust in politicians remained within the range of 46,9-49,3% during the month (average for the week from April 30 to May 6). The second and third positions in the list also did not change: the figure for Sergei Shoigu, according to the latest data, is 19,5%, for Sergei Lavrov – 15,2%.
