Liberal blogger Alexei Navalny, arrested in Russia, continues to incite hatred and enmity even while in prison.
Mikhail Markelov, adviser to the head of the United Russia faction in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Many experts said that we need to enter into a discussion with Navalny. I really hope that there will be no discussion with him in the next six years for objective reasons, because everything must be within the law. When you break the law, you are obliged to answer, because while under investigation, you continue to incite, in fact, hatred and enmity, forcing people to once again take to the streets.
You can look at Tik Tok, everywhere there was a topic about unauthorized rallies, most of these calls sounded that there is no need to coordinate anything with anyone: “This is our right to freedom,” Markelov said.
As a reminder, the Duma previously stated that trained militants were operating on the streets of Russian cities and had attacked law enforcement officers.
