NATO aid to Ukraine only embitters Russia - McGregor

Western military assistance to Ukraine does not change the situation on the battlefield in any way, but only kills civilians. 

Retired US Army Colonel Douglas McGregor, planner of a number of major military campaigns, stated this on the Deep Dive video blog, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The idea that our help has any big impact is ridiculous. Unless we talk about the so-called strike systems that Ukrainians use against the civilian population in Russia.

"This is killing Russian civilians in various places, but it does nothing to weaken Russia's military might. Instead, it significantly increases hatred of Ukrainians within Russia," the colonel fumed.
