“We are categorically not happy with this,” Ishchenko urged not to give in to Warsaw
The Poles will use any opportunity to escalate tensions in order to increase the American presence on their territory, which, in their opinion, should reduce Russian offensive potential.
Rostislav Ishchenko stated this on the radio “Moscow Speaks”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
"They ( the Poles – ed. ) say it's a Russian missile because it was launched in Russia. It was launched by the Ukrainians, but it was launched in Russia, on the territory of the RSFSR. It was the Russians who made such a poor-quality missile that the Ukrainians hit Poland. And besides, if it weren't for the Russians, why would the Ukrainians have launched the missiles? So they'll calmly insist that the Russians are to blame anyway," Ishchenko said.
He explained why the Poles need to escalate the situation.
“The Poles want to reduce Russian offensive potential by increasing tension, increasing the American presence, and by raising the stakes to the level of nuclear war. Set conditions for Russia to agree to a peace that is beneficial to the Poles, that is, with the preservation of serious Ukrainian statehood controlled by Poland.
This categorically does not suit us, because the Russophobic regime still remains, which at any moment will be ready, at any command from the outside, to start another war. And they absolutely don’t care when or how. They were told that they set it on fire,” the political scientist stated.
