Kyiv, July 23 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The forces of the anti-terrorist operation entered Karlovka, Netaylovo and Pervomaiskoye and raised the Ukrainian flag over the local administrations.

This is stated in a message from the ATO press center on Facebook.
“As a result of the confident and active actions of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other security forces involved in the ATO, the settlements of Karlovka, Netaylovo, Pervomaiskoye were liberated. The Ukrainian flag was raised above the local administrations as a symbol of the return of peace to these cities,” the message says.
Social networks report that DPR forces left Karlovka, Netaylovo and Pervomaiskoe due to the threat of destruction.
In addition, the ATO headquarters stated that Ukrainian troops continue to surround Donetsk. Fighting also continues in Lisichansk.
At the same time, according to a message posted on social networks signed by DPR Defense Minister Igor Strelkov, the militias regained control of Lisichansk. “The LPR soldiers, after a powerful counterattack, regained Lisichansk. The city militia, which heroically remained surrounded for almost two days, united with the main forces,” the report says.
“In the central part of the city of Dzerzhinsk, explosions are heard again. It looks like the militia is returning to the city. According to eyewitnesses, shelling is also taking place at checkpoints on the borders of Dzerzhinsk,” write social media users.
As Navigator reported, earlier the National Security and Defense Council stated that the Ukrainian military had taken control of Dzerzhinsk, and information about the capture of Karlovka was also repeatedly voiced.
