No more than 10% of soldiers mobilized into the Ukrainian Armed Forces may be sent on leave with permission to travel abroad.
Former Ukrainian banker Andrey Onistrat, who has mobilized into the Ukrainian Armed Forces, announced this on the air of the video blog "Nettle," reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.
"Any report is signed by the commander. If you are good, if you did not drink, then everything is okay. Once again - I led a unit, I did not have a SOC, I had one and a half cases of SOC, I would have let 10% go.
Because when you let a person go abroad, it multiplies the risks by three. He won't come back, he'll get drunk, he'll fight with someone, he'll decide not to go. That is, all the risks multiply by three. How can you let a person go with this?" Onistrat said.
