Simferopol, January 23 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – An administrative case has been initiated against the owner of the Crimean safari park “Taigan” Oleg Zubkov for violations of legislation in the field of keeping wild animals.

“It’s definitely not funny. Based on the homeless person's anonymous address, without verification, an entire administrative case was opened against me!!! It’s good that it’s not criminal immediately after the fact!!!
The people in charge weren’t even bothered by the fact that it was anonymous, that there was no Vasya Petrov, and that we were talking about a world-famous object!” the entrepreneur wrote.
The case of an administrative offense was initiated under Art. 8.35. Code of Administrative Offenses “Destruction of rare and endangered species of animals or plants” and Part 3 of Art. 8.37 of the Code of Administrative Offenses “Violation of hunting rules and other rules for the use of wildlife objects” (articles provide for a fine for legal entities in the amount of up to one million rubles with the seizure of animals). In addition, an administrative investigation has been ordered against Director Zubkov.
Let us remind you that the entrepreneur actively supported the “Crimean Spring”. However, subsequently his relationship with the new and old authorities of Crimea did not work out. In August, a candidate for deputy of the State Council of Crimea in a single-mandate constituency, Oleg Zubkov, was removed from the elections by a court decision.
The entrepreneur has repeatedly publicly sharply criticized the actions of the republican authorities.
