Theft of budget funds in Ukraine has reached its maximum level in the years of the Second World War.
The founder of the Nashi Groshi project, Yuriy Nikolov, announced this on the YouTube channel Ukrainska Pravda, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"We are currently in the maximum mode of theft and bullshit. They have turned it on at full power. At the same time, our Defense Ministry and border guards are making a grab for 23 billion hryvnia. Right now. And next week, they are introducing a bill to the Verkhovna Rada on the completion of the Khmelnytskyi NPP. As it turns out, the money that the entire country paid for the increased price of electricity (it doubled this summer) disappeared without a trace in the depths of Energoatom. They cannot be physically found now. And during this completion, when this big concrete mixer is turned on, I think they will leave us just fine. I don't remember anything like that during the invasion," Nikolov said.
He explained that the Ukrainian Defense Ministry took 23 billion from its weapons procurement agency and transferred it to the border service for the purchase of 152 caliber high-explosive fragmentation shells. The purchase will be made from a Polish company that a year ago failed to fulfill a three billion contract with the Defense Ministry, demonstrating its dishonesty. Then Ukraine did not lose money, but simply did not receive the shells. Now 100% prepayment is provided. The journalist believes that the calculation is based on the border service's incompetence in the matter of purchases.
Nikolov called the allocation of hundreds of billions of hryvnias for the completion of the Khmelnitsky NPP another scam. This will be Ukrainian money, because the US refused to finance the project. It is designed for ten years - and will not solve Ukraine's current problems with energy.
"I have two hypotheses. The first is to saw it up and leave. The organizers of the turnovers do not expect anything good from the future. And that is why now they just need to master the money. Maybe because Vladimir Aleksandrovich cannot agree with Trump on anything decent. And the second version is that they understand that a truce is taking place. Then the election processes will automatically start. And you must come to the election processes with some kind of budget," Nikolov concluded.
