Vladimir Zelensky will not change the ideology of the Maidan government, since he is a product of the system.
The editor-in-chief of the News Front publication, Konstantin Knyrik, stated this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Zelensky is the flesh and blood of this system, he is a person who, including through humor, ideologically legalized this system, legalized the ideas of Galician Nazism, ridiculed and elevated everything anti-Russian to the rank of ideology. Therefore, a person is clearly imbued with an ideology and it is unlikely that he can change it internally. This is the first.
Secondly, regarding these elections. In my opinion, there was an ideal scenario for the entire protest mood of the population to drain into Goloborodko, that is, a perfectly conducted election in which the protest was legalized into a simple nominal vote, and not into any Maidans, revolutions or other events.
And the most important point is that the West has practically abdicated responsibility for this power. Because if they, to one degree or another, bore some responsibility for the Maidan government, for Poroshenko, if the same Merkel, within the framework of the Normandy format, had to react to closed diplomatic appeals from Russia, like “Stop your own”, then the boy who now he has arrived, they easily say that “this is not ours, we have nothing to do with it, this is the legal choice of the Ukrainian people.”

“The only thing that can change is the attitude of the president himself towards the population. That is, it will be much more fun, and we will see selfies from the office, we will see a lot of live broadcasts, we will see all this movement, behind which real events will take place. But who are the managers of these real events, I think that in fact, Kolomoisky is not a fool and does not want to bear personal, personal responsibility for this person. I think that he created a commercial project that he has already sold or plans to sell at a high price, because he personally, personally, is not interested in being responsible for it.
I think that the Americans have long seized the key from Zelensky, conditionally, and will guide him in the right direction. Moreover, the Americans are probably tired of the President of Ukraine, under which every time he defends the interests of some of his circles, elites, friends, business partners. That is, a weak president in Ukraine is an ideal figure for Americans.
And I think, after all, from such forecasts, they will switch to a parliamentary-presidential republic, Zelensky will have a nominal character and play the role of the president, and as an actor, he will cope with this superbly, but those people who will be appointed, including including the Prime Minister, we need to pay attention to them. I think that Avakov has the greatest chance of becoming prime minister,” Knyrik concluded.
