In Ukraine, officials-reformers are going to be given 60 thousand UAH per month “to pocket”
The Ministry of Finance proposes to the Cabinet of Ministers to approve the Procedure for using funds received into the state budget within the framework of assistance programs of the European Union, foreign governments, international organizations, donor institutions, to pay civil servants.

According to the draft document, funds in foreign currency, which are provided free of charge and irrevocably within the framework of international financial assistance programs, go to the income of a special fund of the state budget.
This was reported by the Kyiv publication “Mirror of the Week”.
“An additional incentive payment to civil servants who are included in the team of specialists on reform issues (hereinafter referred to as the bonus for performing particularly important work) is carried out within the limits of actual revenues to the special fund of the state budget for wages in order to strengthen the motivation of government employees to be highly professional, effective and high-quality work to implement public administration reform,” the document says.
The positions of specialists on reform issues within the organizational structures of government bodies and their number are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. According to the project, the amount of the bonus for performing particularly important work is determined taking into account the fulfillment of indicators and cannot exceed UAH 60 thousand per month.
In Ukraine , reformist officials are going to be given a monthly allowance of 60 hryvnias.
