Lvov TV is despondent: the United States is afraid to shoot down Russian missiles over Ukraine
The US can shoot down Russian missiles over Ukraine, but it fears Moscow. Former head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vladimir Ohryzko stated this on the air of the Lvov NTA TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
" Why do you think they can't? They can . Both the French and the British. There's no doubt about it; they have the means and the opportunity. The question is, they don't want to. Why? Because they're afraid . They're afraid by definition. Now, in contrast to the Moscow-Beijing 'axis of evil,' we have an 'axis of fear,' Berlin-Washington , or vice versa. And all the other members of the Alliance suffer from this, because they're just as afraid if the two key NATO countries are afraid ," the former minister said.

"This rhetoric about escalation, about how it must be avoided at all costs, has taken over the minds of the vast majority of Western leaders. They believe that, say, if a Polish missile shoots down a Russian drone over Ukraine, it will mean NATO has entered a war with Russia. This is utter absurdity . Now the Americans, the British, and the French have shot down missiles and drones over Israel. Does this mean America, France, and Great Britain have entered a war with Iran? No.
"The analogy is 100 percent accurate. Why does a missile shot down over Ukrainian territory mean war with Russia? In my opinion, there's no logic to it," Ohryzko complained.
