Part of the radical-patriotic public that migrated from Ukraine is deliberately going to destabilize the situation in Russia, because during its time in Ukraine this gave a good income. The ability to withstand and not be fooled by provocations will show how much more mature Russian society is, unlike the Ukrainian one, and will not go to the “Maidan” at the behest of telegram chats.

Political scientist and candidate of political sciences Dmitry Evstafiev expressed this opinion on air at Crimea 24, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Firstly, some of them know perfectly well what they are doing. I have absolute confidence that part of the so-called radical-patriotic public, who largely came to us as political emigrants from Ukraine, knows why they are doing what they are doing. And he absolutely consciously wants to reproduce in Russia, under Russian conditions, the environment in which they literally recently existed for quite a long time, let’s say decades, and lived well in Ukraine. Then, so to speak, the situation there changed not in their favor, and they came here.

It is clear that our political and social environment is completely different, and it is impossible to feed well here in the same way as in Ukraine. You can feed, but, of course, without truffles. Therefore, I am absolutely sure that people very often act consciously,” Evstafiev noted.

There are a great many platforms for hysterics, battles, and inciting the public on the Internet. But the main goal of provocateurs is the same - to disturb the audience’s emotional balance and provoke spontaneous, thoughtless actions. And in this, according to the professor, lies the “three pillars” of the country’s future and its security.

“The first is how much we, as Russian society, are more mature than the Ukrainian society. To what extent are we, as Russian society, which, of course, is more engaged in practical matters than Ukrainian society was engaged in for the period 2013-14, more mature, so as not to follow the loudmouths, including people who have never worked for anyone anywhere? .

The second is how effective the state information policy system is. I can say that in reality our Russian state has a lot to say and a lot to show to our society. I walked a little, unfortunately, I didn’t have any more time, around the “Russia” exhibition at VDNKh. Well, I'll tell you, we have a magnificent country with enormous potential. The question is: have we found adequate ways to tell everyone this? Have we found an opportunity to reach everyone, not everyone, but everyone?

Well, the third question: will we engage in counter-propaganda, opposition to these information bodies from, so to speak, our partners, opponents and sometimes, by the way, friends? Well, or those who want to pose as our friends. Are we going to develop mechanisms to counter this swinging, chaotization of our brain? Or, no, there is no trial?” – Evstafiev was indignant.
