The IMF holds Zelensky for Faberge, there is anti-Russian hysteria in the Rada
Vladimir Zelensky, unlike his fictional character from the series “Servant of the People,” was unable to reject the enslaving conditions for receiving loans from the IMF; as a result, Ukraine will continue the policy of increasing tariffs and reducing social benefits.
This was stated during the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada by the notorious deputy Oleg Lyashko, who, as one of the active participants in Euromaidan, bears no less responsibility for the crisis in which Ukraine is located, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“On June 1, gas prices were raised again. In Europe, the minimum price for gas has been for the last 3 years, and in Ukraine they are raising tariffs. Because Ukraine signed a memorandum with the IMF, and its blind implementation led the country to the brink of default, unfair gas prices, shutdown of industrial enterprises, and mass poverty of Ukrainians.
And we see how last week President Zelensky met with the IMF mission and said that he will continue the policies of his predecessor President Poroshenko.
As far as I remember, from the film “Servant of the People” or “Freak”, Zelensky’s hero sent the IMF, and the president, on the contrary, continues to fulfill these draconian demands, as a result of which they want to take away the land from Ukraine, turned the country into a raw materials colony, when we are setting world records for the export of cheap labor and raw materials.
During the war, the Germans transported our guest workers and land in heated trailers. The relevant IMF policy memorandum does the same. Ukraine is being robbed of its future, economic development, progress and the opportunity to become strong. They put me on a drug needle to prevent me from dying, but just to prevent me from standing firmly on my feet and developing.
And therefore, the increase in gas prices in Ukraine at a time when tariffs are falling all over the world is proof that gas prices in Ukraine are not fair, not market and do not correspond to reality,” Lyashko said.
“We demand that President Zelensky, instead of blindly implementing the memorandum with the IMF and finishing off the Ukrainian economy, cancel the government’s decision to increase gas prices and demand a revision of the memorandum with the IMF.
What will they talk about in Brussels? People are discussing whether they will fly in economy or business class. It doesn’t matter what he flies on, be it in the luggage compartment or on a broom. It is important what he talks about there. We demand that he discuss there, first, the continuation of sanctions against Russia for aggression against Ukraine. The second is a revision of the trade part of the association agreement so that our manufacturers can earn at least $8 billion in order to cancel humiliating quotas for domestic manufacturers.
The third topic that Zelensky should raise in Brussels is the unification of European efforts to counter the construction of Nord Stream 2, which deprives Ukraine of three billion hryvnia dollars annually and the status of a transit state, and threatens not only the energy, but the national security of the country,” - the speaker summarized.
