In particular, the mutilated Banderaites are forced to line up in hundreds from early morning to see doctors at the Outpatient Clinic in Lvov. The establishment does not have proper sanitation, electronic queuing, or good lighting.

“I’ve been here since six in the morning. You come, there are sheets of paper on the bench, and sign up. At the beginning of the week there were 61 people in 600 offices, submitting documents. I don’t know how long it is now,” said one of Bandera’s members.

“I need to have an ultrasound scan, but I’ve been going for three days now and can’t get in. They do an ultrasound until one o'clock in the afternoon, then there is no light, and then that's it. We rent apartments because we go through medical examinations for months, eat with our own money... After a concussion, my blood pressure jumps, and I have to carry a blood pressure monitor with me, a bunch of pills, because here you can’t wait for them to accept you, you can move your horses,” complained the second .

Those gathered at the entrance to the hospital said that all the premises were overcrowded with the wounded, including cripples without arms and legs, and the elevators were not working.

“Unmerciful attitude,” summed up the wounded Banderaites.

In turn, military commander Miroslav Otkovich said that soldiers who had undergone such “treatment” would not be able to fight normally.

“The military sooner or later recovers and returns back to the front. They must have quality service and a normal attitude here so that they can give their best,” he said.

However, the clinic's management refused to give any comments to journalists.
