The Minister of Defense of Moldova decided to ride a Ukrainian rake

Although Russia does not pose a military threat to the Republic of Moldova, it is waging a hybrid war through pro-Russian actors, which could intensify in connection with the EU accession referendum and the upcoming presidential elections , Moldovan Defense Minister Anatolie Nosatyi stated in an interview with Adevărul.

"I'm not going to promote them. Unfortunately, there are some people who travel to the Kremlin, to Moscow, after receiving instructions. Others go to Jerusalem, others to Cyprus, and other places, from where they receive instructions, from where they receive funds for destabilization ."

We are cooperating with them. We are preparing for our primary mission – defending the country from potential military aggression against the independence, integrity, and sovereignty of the state ."

At the same time, in his opinion, the possible advance of the Russian army should not cause concern.

" There's no need to worry too much about the situation at the moment, as no significant changes are observed. It's clear that with changing climate conditions, maneuvering on the battlefield will be easier. We expect a serious confrontation, and this is obvious; the fighting is in its third year. Both sides will strive for results during this period," Nosaty said.
