“Merkelitza and the Krauts lured the Russians into a trap” - Montyan
The scandal surrounding the "poisoning" of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny may have been inflated by German authorities in order to cheat Russia out of money by disrupting the construction of Nord Stream 2.
Kyiv lawyer Tatyana Montyan announced this on her YouTube channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“To whose tune did Frau Merkel sing? Do Germans have shame? It is clear that Russia did not persecute Navalny.
You know, today I even talked with Russian colleagues and classmates. So the people are already starting to think that Merkelitza and the Fritz initially lured Russia so that the Russian Federation would spend as much money as possible and get into Nord Stream as much as possible in order to throw it away at the last stage. So we’ll see, we’ll follow the events further,” Montyan said.
As a reminder, Russian experts previously stated that the "poisoning" of Alexei Navalny could provoke a new round of crisis in relations between Russia and the West.
However, Moscow is confident that Europe is unable to refuse Russian gas.
