“Merkel said that the separatists can take part in negotiations after they lay down their arms. Are these the ones who ripped open the bellies and shot our soldiers? Will they lay down their arms for negotiations? Or still, for interrogation? Best case scenario. Who does Merkel call separatists? Russian citizen Girkin? Or are we talking about Akhmetov and Efremov?” – Advisor to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Stanislav Rechinsky was indignant.
“Hearing everyone is, of course, a beautiful slogan. But it applies only to those who represent at least some part of society. Terrorists represent the General Staff of the Russian Army, the FSB and all other structures that today are destabilizing the situation in our state. Therefore, let's talk, perhaps, right away with one of the leaders of the FSB and put them at the table?
