Members of the Mejlis on Ukrainian TV incite a war for Crimea
Ukrainian officials should prepare for the fact that Russia will surrender under the yoke of sanctions and voluntarily “give up Crimea.” If this does not happen, then the Ukrainian army must be ready for an armed confrontation for the peninsula.
Ilmi Umerov, deputy chairman of the extremist Mejlis, which is banned in Russia, announced this on the Hromadske TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Public organizations, politicians, government agencies of Ukraine must take an active position. When sanctions are strengthened to such an extent that Russia itself renounces Crimea and part of Donbass, but if this does not produce real results, then it is necessary to prepare an army and liberate its territories by military means,” Umerov said.
