The new wave of nationalization in Crimea will affect at most a dozen businesses owned by Ukrainian oligarchs and their affiliates, who are unfriendly to Russia. If the Zelensky family's apartment in Livadia is expropriated, it will be on principle, Crimean Governor Sergei Aksyonov stated in an interview with TASS, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“This work will continue. We check a number of objects, coordinate them, including with colleagues from the FSB, clarify the lists of founders - this is the work of our Anti-Terrorism Commission,” Aksenov explained. – Now we are doing an audit, analyzing whether there are publicly available statements on the SVO, an anti-Russian position, and so on. If we see that this is a citizen of Ukraine, especially one who is now working for the Ukrainian authorities, what other solution could there be? Such people should not earn money here. And if we are talking about the property of Ukrainian citizens who do not show any hostility, they are not in danger. This will not be widespread. If we talk about enterprises, there are at most a dozen of them here, there are no more.”

A maximum of a dozen enterprises of Ukrainian oligarchs and affiliates will fall under a new wave of nationalization in Crimea...

The apartment in the Imperator residential complex, purchased by Elena Zelenskaya in 2013, according to the head of Crimea, is not included in the list of those subject to nationalization.

“There is no targeting for this apartment. Unless, out of principle, we’ll take it from him and give it to someone else,” Aksenov noted.

Let us remind you that after the death of the deputy head of the administration of the Kherson region, Kirill Stremousov, who left behind five children, ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev offered to give them Zelensky’s apartment.

“I'm not a very creative person. Give an apartment to the Stremousov family. Five children and a pregnant wife. That would be right. In any case, we need to take care of fate,” Tsarev concluded.
