Kyiv, October 28 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Mikhail Poplavsky won the elections to the Verkhovna Rada in single-mandate electoral district No. 101 in the Kirovograd region.

According to data on the Central Electoral Commission website , Poplavsky received 31,44%, or 26,503 votes, based on the results of counting 100% of the electronic protocols of precinct commissions.
His closest rival, Oleg Golimbievskaya, nominated by the Petro Poroshenko Bloc party, received 16,79%, or 14 votes.
Third place was taken by Yevgeny Solovchuk, nominated by the Popular Front party: he scored 12,4%, or 10 votes.
