Odessa, August 22 (Navigator, Artemy Glazunov) - People's Deputy, leader of the Radical Party Oleg Lyashko insulted the newly appointed head of the Odessa Regional Council Alexey Goncharenko.

Thus, on the social network Vkontakte, Lyashko called Goncharenko a “freak,” attaching to the message a photo of the regional council head’s campaign billboard from the 2012 elections with a call to protect the Russian language.
“This freak – Alexey Goncharenko – was Poroshenko’s confidant in the presidential elections. Now they have settled with him by appointing him to the post of head of the Odessa Regional Council,” writes Lyashko.
As Navigator reported, Goncharenko recently took the post of head of the Odessa Regional Council, and also headed the regional branch of the pro-presidential Solidarity party.
