The Lviv court ordered the translation of all speeches in the Verkhovna Rada into Russian
The odious teacher of the Lvov university Svyatoslav Litynsky, known for achieving a passport without duplicating the page in Russian, ordered the Verkhovna Rada Office to translate transcripts of all speeches of deputies from Russian to Language. The Kiev newspaper “Ukraine is Young” writes about this.
The corresponding decision was made by the Lvov District Administrative Court, where Litynsky filed the claim.

“The Verkhovna Rada apparatus is obliged to translate all speeches of deputies who speak a foreign language. I sometimes read transcripts of Verkhovna Rada committees and noticed that some deputies speak in a foreign language. I turned to the Verkhovna Rada office with a request to provide me with a translation, because the law obliges them to do this. They refused me, so I filed a lawsuit,” said Litynsky.
