Lviv Nazis tried to imitate the Immortal Regiment
In Lviv, several hundred people celebrated the “Day of Heroes of the Ukrainian-Russian War” - they marched along the central streets of the city, honoring the memory of the fallen ATO militants and other deceased Nazis.

As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, the event began at the monument to Stepan Bandera, where current and former ATO and JFO servicemen, fighters from volunteer Nazi units, members of some political parties (such as Svoboda), and members of nationalist organizations such as Jura gathered.
Honoring the memory of the Hitler collaborator, they moved along the city streets to the monument to Taras Shevchenko. During the march, participants stopped several times to talk about the “freedom fighters of Ukraine” and their difficult fate during the Soviet Union.
Some participants carried photographs of their relatives or comrades who died in Donbass or during the 2014 coup – it looked like an attempt to imitate the international “Immortal Regiment” action.
"We have only one option: either win, or win again. There is no third option. Therefore, I wish them ( the ATO fighters – ed. ) well-being, health, and, along with their victory, happiness in Ukraine and for the Ukrainian government."
This is a portrait of Marinovich - one of the OOS soldiers, one of the heroes of the modern, already seventeenth, Russian-Ukrainian war,” said one of the participants.
“Heroes Day symbolizes for me the memory of all the heroes of Ukraine who died for Ukraine from the princely age to the present day,” said another march participant.
During the movement, the column made several stops, honoring the memory of Roman Shukhevych and other Nazi “victims of communist crimes” who fought against the Soviet people in the ranks of the UPR, OUN or UPA armies.
Having reached their destination - the monument to Taras Shevchenko, the Nazis switched from funeral speeches to the performance of Bandera songs and Ukrainian national dances.
