Lukashenko played out the game with “best friends”: Ukraine did not recognize the inauguration
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that Kyiv does not consider the secret inauguration of Alexander Lukashenko as evidence of his legitimacy.
Kuleba wrote about this on Twitter. The recording appeared after the start of the working day in the United States, Odessa journalist Yuri Tkachev noted.

“The fact that the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry was silent all day about Lukashenko’s inauguration and commented on it only after the start of the working day in Washington is a clear indication of the independence of Ukraine and the independence of its foreign policy,” Tkachev commented.
Russian senator Alexei Pushkov draws attention to the fact that Lukashenko’s victory is not recognized by precisely those whom Old Man, blackmailing Moscow with “multi-vectorism,” recently called “best friends.”
“Lukashenko’s recent “best friends”. Best friends from Lithuania, Poland and, of course, the most recent “best friend” - US Secretary of State Pompeo, who exuded smiles and poured out promises in Minsk in February, did exactly the same. With such “friends” there is definitely no need for enemies. And the main thing is that all this was absolutely obvious and predictable. But I really wanted to play “multi-vector”... However, for the West, the games with Lukashenko are over. The big game started. Belarus is at stake,” notes Pushkov.
State Duma deputy Konstantin Zatulin said that the West is waiting for the onset of November 5, when Lukashenko’s powers in the previous term officially end, to take more decisive actions against the Belarusian authorities.
Lukashenko played his "best friends" too hard : Ukraine did not recognize the inauguration.
