Lukashenko is a second Chernobyl for Belarus
The situation with the refusal of quarantine in Belarus is reminiscent of the story of 34 years ago, when many in this country suffered from the explosion at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
Liberal Russian music critic Artemy Troitsky stated this in his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“For a country that is still experiencing the post-Chernobyl syndrome, this is quite strange and even somehow immoral. Then all these radioactive clouds went straight to Belarus. There were severe poisonings, many people suffered from serious illnesses, and many of them died.
It is believed that there are tens, and perhaps hundreds of thousands, of victims of the Chernobyl accident in the Republic of Belarus. This happened because people were not informed that they were actually living after the explosion of the atomic bomb. The consequences were dire. Alexander Lukashenko, double 2, reproduced this situation in 2020,” Troitsky said.
He believes that official Belarusian statistics do not reflect the real picture of infections.
“People in Belarus are quietly grumbling about this. They would be happy if some protective measures were introduced, but Lukashenko has a different point of view on this matter. I would say that in this case he went all-in.
If something completely bad starts in Belarus, and people start getting infected and dying on a European scale, I think the population will never forgive him for this,” Troitsky concluded.
