Lutsenko called the chaos in the Ministry of Internal Affairs the reason for the increase in crime in Ukraine

Answering questions from members of parliament in the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's Prosecutor General, Yuriy Lutsenko, acknowledged a rise in crime in the country and cited disorganization in the law enforcement system as one of the main reasons, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Last year we saw a big increase in crime. Of course, this is a consequence of the war, a large number of weapons in people’s hands, but also, from my point of view, the disorganization of the law enforcement system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs last year,” he said.
Lutsenko blamed the chaos in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the rise in crime in Ukraine.
