RIA Novosti reports this.

“The LPR is ready for autonomy as part of another Ukraine, which will be as a result of the implementation of the Minsk complex of measures. We need to change the constitution and we need to implement those laws that will develop the situation,” Deinego said.

Let us note that both the DPR and LPR make regular statements about their readiness to become an autonomous part of a renewed Ukraine, subject to Kiev fulfilling its obligations in Minsk to amend the Constitution of Ukraine in agreement with the people's republics.

At the same time, all parties to the conflict understand perfectly well that the current Ukrainian leadership will never agree to this.
