The presenter of the Kamchatka radio station “Radio SV” Rosina Budans was suspended from broadcasting after she called 74% of Russians primates live on air, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The day after the Russian presidential elections, the presenter said on air that “the farce is over, stability has won.” At the same time, she called life in modern Russia “consistently sucks,” and also expressed insults towards Russian citizens, calling almost three-quarters of them primates.
Already on March 20, she was removed from the air. The radio presenter said: she said what she thought. She called the dismissal itself ridiculous.
General Director of Radio SV Vitaly Kim confirmed the suspension. He noted that this is an internal matter of the editorial office, and there have been no calls from the government, as the presenter stated.
