Lavrov: Americans even blame Russia for their floods

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced this today at a meeting with European businessmen, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The materials that we presented are not considered or mentioned. They wanted to create a tribunal two years ago, they were in a hurry, they were in a hurry. We told them: let's carry out an investigation first. It has not yet been completed; it is being extended for another year. There are no facts. But they continue to blame. And when asked why you don’t present evidence, they say: it’s secret,” Lavrov said.
He noted that the same argumentation is given by “American partners” when it comes to Russian interference in the American elections.
“They exist, irrefutable, but secret, for 9 months there is not a single fact,” Lavrov said.
He reads that the United States negatively influences EU countries in terms of whipping up anti-Russian hysteria.
“The Americans managed to make it so that any negative events in the EU, including man-made disasters, can be blamed on Russia and our abuses in the information space. Somewhere it slipped out that we would even manipulate the environment to create floods,” Lavrov said.
