This opinion was expressed on his Facebook page by the director of the Kyiv Center for Political Research and Conflict Studies, Mikhail Pogrebinsky, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The imperial arrogance of Kurt Volker is stunning in its degree of frankness: “The United States can tell Putin: if you want, we can help, if you don’t want, we can guarantee that you will get worse” (interview ZN 23.09). Does it make sense to waste time contacting such a special representative of the State Department for Ukraine?” the political scientist noted.
