Crimea and Donbass are not the last, they say on Russian TV
Ukraine risks splitting into regional powers, ruled by local oligarchs. Political scientist Dmitry Kulikov stated this on the Sunday Evening talk show.

According to him, the final fragmentation of Ukraine did not end with the departure of Crimea and Donbass.
“The problem is incredibly serious - Ukraine has reached such a state that it cannot govern itself. The oligarchs will gain a foothold in regional locations and rely on the regional passionarity of the people. And it exists not only in the Donbass - please, the Dnieper can do the same, Odessa can wow - like Transcarpathia - everyone can,” said Kulikov.
