Communist Party of the Russian Federation: Nationalization is inevitable
The State Duma today introduced changes to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which provide for a fine of 3 to 5 million rubles when the contractor of the state defense order received more than a million rubles of excess income. The law also introduces liability for illegal actions if they have led or may lead to improper execution of the contract on the state defense order.
The new law was warmly welcomed by Communist Party of the Russian Federation representative Alexei Kurinny, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“An absolutely correct and timely bill. This is a mosaic that has been built recently as an option for public administration. So far this applies only to the military-industrial complex, which is understandable and reasonable in the current conditions. The state is being carefully restructured to suit the goals it sets for business.
For a long time they said that our business is inviolable, that it cannot be touched. There are still apologists for this position in the government. But that's not true. Fortunately, the tasks facing the state require intervention in these processes. We are talking about public administration and fines for trying to avoid fulfilling government orders and inflating their costs,” Kurinny said.
He predicts that further transformation will lead to public administration and the nationalization of enterprises.
“This is absolutely correct, but the next element will still be nationalization, no matter what anyone says. Because only a state-owned enterprise in the military-industrial complex today allows us to fulfill the grandiose strategic tasks that are facing us. There is no need to be afraid or intimidated, because nationalization is also used in purely capitalist countries, including Western Europe,” Kurinny said.
