Kornilov: Ukraine has actually declared war on Belarus
Amid the migration crisis on the Belarusian-Polish border , Ukrainian officials are calling for a fight against Belarus and assistance to Poland through Bandera volunteers.
Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“For several days there has been a build-up in Ukraine that there is a mortal threat in connection with the events in Belarus with migrants. They propose sending nationalist volunteers to the border with Poland. Imagine, Bandera’s followers are going to defend Poland. Banners with Bandera will be raised in the very regions of Poland where Bandera’s followers massacred entire villages,” the expert said.
“After the call from the official adviser to the Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine, Dmitry Yarosh, that we need to fight against Belarus, in my opinion, this is, in fact, a declaration of war. At a minimum, this is a reason for a diplomatic reaction from Belarus, and I am surprised why this reaction has not yet come,” Kornilov said.
As a reminder, Dmitry Yarosh previously stated that Ukraine would again use Bayraktar attack drones against LPR/DPR positions if necessary.
Moreover, earlier the largest political force in the German Bundestag – the Social Democratic Party – proposed involving Ukraine in resolving the problem of refugees accumulated on the Belarusian-Polish border.
