Simferopol, May 10 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – On Saturday in the Crimean capital in the Fontana microdistrict in Simferopol, a ceremonial presentation of keys to 34 apartments to Crimean Tatars in a new 180-apartment residential building took place.

The organizers of the event were the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, the Republican Committee for Interethnic Relations and Deported Citizens and the Crimean Republican Institution “Capital Construction Department of the Republican Committee for Interethnic Relations and Deported Citizens.”
The event was attended by representatives of the State Council and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acting. Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Lenur Islyamov, Chairman of the Republican Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Interethnic Relations and Deported Citizens Zaur Smirnov.
In his speech, Islyamov noted that warrants had not yet been issued to all families for 90 apartments.
“Our builders, represented by the Reskomnats, Glavspetsstroy, and Monolit, completed the project that we set to be completed in the shortest possible time. These are two entrances of a 90-apartment building, although it has 180 apartments. The City Executive Committee had not yet had time to issue warrants to everyone, all 90, as we wanted. We will replace many officials who do not have time to do this work. The asphalt should not end where the Crimean Tatar village begins, we should all have light, there should be no distribution of some household goods on national issues. We are all citizens of one country,” the official said.
In turn, Smirnov noted that keys to apartments will also be handed over in the near future in the Leninsky, Kirovsky and Dzhankoysky districts.
“Today,” he noted, “the first 34 families received apartments, in the next 10 days the rest will receive up to 90 apartments. By the end of the year, the building will be completely completed - all 180 apartments. This house is one of the long-term construction projects... I want to thank all those who took and will take part in the construction of these objects. “I urge local authorities, on whose territory such facilities are located, not to be aloof from this and to solve these problems for the benefit of the people.”
The head of the Reskomnats noted that today apartments were primarily received by veterans of the Great Patriotic War, combatants, veterans of Afghanistan, large families and single mothers.
Construction of 90 apartments in a 180-apartment residential building began in 2008. Due to the lack of budget funding, construction of the facility was suspended in 2012. Currently, the completion of the long-term construction was carried out from the budget of the Russian Federation with the participation of the Republican Committee for Interethnic Relations and Deported Citizens. The customer was the Capital Construction Department of the Reskom. The contractor was SK Grazhdanstroy LLC, the subcontractor was the construction company Monolit.
