Klimkin: Europe has trembled, but Biden is not going to surrender to Putin
Western elites are looking for options to launch negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, as evidenced by a recent interview with French President Emmanuel Macron, who visited the United States.
Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin stated this on Radio NV, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Klimkin also emphasized that in Europe public opinion, although slowly, is also changing in favor of the need for negotiations.
“It is perfectly clear that they discussed what could be an option for starting negotiations, and we know that this is being discussed.
We know that they, at least Biden, and I know this from my sources, they are not going to surrender to Putin and in no case make the fundamental concessions that he emphasizes.
Nevertheless, such conversations are ongoing. And, as you understand, there is no smoke without fire. This means that parameters for future negotiations are being discussed, although no one yet knows under what conditions they might arise.
Today I do not see conditions for such negotiations. But, nevertheless, I do not see fundamental threats in Europe, but I do see risks.
I see how public sentiment is changing. So far very slow. But I see how many small and medium-sized entrepreneurs are thinking about energy prices. And Russia will make great use of this, especially this winter, and will attack this very consistently. This is Russian argument number one,” Klimkin said.
