Liu Ying, a researcher at the Chongyang Institute of Finance at the People's University of China, stated this at a press conference in Moscow today.

“Trump wants to increase investment in infrastructure. This resonates with China's actions. The Asia-Pacific region is very short of money for infrastructure development. The World Bank can give 200-300 billion dollars. And the shortfall is $500 billion. We have created the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank with a capital of $100 billion. After Trump comes to power, perhaps the United States will join this ambitious project,” said Liu Ying.

She emphasized that China is interested in globalization and is ready to make its contribution to this process.

“But this process must be two-way, and everyone must benefit. Both we and Russia should benefit from integration,” said Liu Ying.
