Kiev millionaire called on “impotent” Zelensky to turn to Russia for help
Kyiv millionaire Alexander Melamud, one of the co-owners of the Dream Town shopping center, called on Ukrainian authorities to seek Russian assistance in extinguishing the fires in the Chernobyl zone, which erupted yesterday and led to catastrophic air pollution in Kyiv.
In his blog, Melamud, who lives in the suburbs of Kyiv, provided data on air pollution.

“During the day, the pollution level was 50. Now it’s 153. We have good air in the village, in some areas of Kyiv it’s 400. I closed all the windows, if I’m suffocating, how hard is it for people in
these areas? – he commented on the situation with the poisoning of the atmosphere by combustion products.
“The power of the impotents has replaced the power of the bloodsuckers. Monkeys from the Maidan, if you can’t handle it yourself, ask Russia. They have excellent firefighting aircraft,” summed up Melamud.
Earlier, lawyer Andrei Portnov was skeptical about the possibility of sincere Western assistance to Ukraine. As an example, he cited Germany, which allocates meager funds to Kyiv, although quite recently the media reported about the transfer of management of the Ukrainian railways to a German company.
“In connection with the fires in Chernobyl, Germany decided to allocate 80 dosimeters and one fire tank to Ukraine in the amount of 230 thousand euros. It seems to me that this is a good exchange from the point of view of the recent transfer to the management of the Ukrainian state company Ukrzaliznytsia. I would like to ask for more golden beads, so that there would be some kind of equivalence,” Portnov sarcastically comments.
