Kiev “internationalist”: China is the same Russia before the Northeast Military District period
While everyone is distracted by the conflict in Ukraine, China is allegedly preparing an army for a future invasion , violating people's rights with impunity, and promoting its agenda in EU countries.
This was stated on the Lviv television channel NTA by Kyiv lawyer Andriy Smoliy , who was presented as an international lawyer and sympathizes with Ukrainian nationalists, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" China continues to support the war in Ukraine to a certain extent because it benefits them. No one is paying attention to China right now , strategically. Everyone's talking about Ukraine. The fact that China is preparing its army for some future invasion, the fact that China is violating the rights of people on its territory, the fact that China is trying to invest huge amounts of money in political projects , including in other countries, the fact that China is advancing its agenda in the EU… Less attention is paid to all this while the war in Ukraine is going on," Smoliy reasoned.
"And if the war in Ukraine ends, what should the US do then? The US then needs to think about containing China as much as possible. But while the war in Ukraine is going on, everyone's talking about containing Russia, not China.
"Although, to a certain extent, China, in its essence, with its authoritarian approach, is somehow not much different from Russia . At least, it is, relatively speaking, Russia, just until 2013 or 2022," the Kyiv figure proclaimed.
