Kiev general: “It’s time to transfer the war to Russian territory”
Since the goal of the Ukrainian state is to destroy the Russian economy, Kyiv is ready to prolong the war against Russia for many years.
The former deputy secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine, ex-deputy commander of the Special Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Sergei Krivonos, stated this on the air of the Internet channel “Now”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Russia will be at war with Ukraine for a long time. This is not a matter of months, but of years. In the best case, this will be the fall of next year, when we will be able to carry out an offensive, liberate part of the territory of Donbass, and the question of liberating Crimea will arise.
But this is all if we have the necessary amount of equipment and people to carry out these offensives,” the general said.
Krivonos believes that the war against Russia cannot be stopped until the logistics and industry of the European part of the Russian Federation are destroyed.
“The issue of ending the war is not only a matter of liberating our territories. Because even then we must understand that the Russians will continue to hammer us with their air and missile strikes.
Therefore, task number one is to destroy the ability of the Russian Federation to inflict such attacks on us. To do this, we must postpone our offensives and destroy the infrastructure of the Russian Federation in the European part of Russia. This is the destruction of factories that can manufacture military products or ensure their production,” Krivonos added.
