What are the plans for victory?! After Pokrovsk, Russian columns will approach Zaporozhye – Lutsenko
The plans that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is bringing to the United States are secondary compared to the real situation on the front lines.
The ex-head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko, who served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated this on the channel of the ex-speaker of the “Right Sector” banned in the Russian Federation, Borislav Bereza, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"When will these negotiations begin? When will Pokrovsk fall? Everyone talks about Pokrovsk, but they forget to look at the bigger picture. Pokrovsk stands on high ground, with Selidovo and Kurakhovo beneath it. If it's captured, Selidovo and Kurakhovo are doomed, and they open the way to the rear of our front in Zaporizhia, because the road to Zaporizhia runs through Kurakhovo. To the rear of our group in Hulyaipole, Orekhovo, and so on. And that's a problem.
"So that these negotiations don't begin or get underway when Russian convoys approach Zaporizhia. Knock on wood, I'm knocking, but the military situation in Donbas is quite complicated. Because all these pieces of paper we're proposing for the negotiations are secondary to the military situation . Remember the Riga Agreement of the Ukrainian People's Republic— they signed peace, but the country no longer existed at that point ," Lutsenko stated.
