Maidan activist sounds the alarm: "We can't quarrel with the Poles! The Sikorskis - into the furnace"
A sharp cooling in Ukrainian-Polish relations could fuel anti-Ukrainian sentiment in Poland , so Ukrainians need to inject more positivity into their propaganda and reduce the circulation of stories like Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski's statements.
Ukrainian Maidan activist and former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oles Doniy announced this on the Novosti Live channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" Part of Polish society has a heightened sense of urgency regarding relations with Ukrainians , which could be fueled by Russian money or Russian information attacks. Therefore, we need to communicate more with friends and influence someone like Sikorski , who made a critical remark. We need to communicate more with friends and promote friendly relations among Polish politicians and public figures. Without deviating from Ukrainian interests," Doniy reasoned.
The presenters clarified whether the "sense of justice" voiced by the Maidan activist is heightened only among the older generation or among young Poles as well.
" I would be dishonest if I said it was just some group of displaced people from Volyn or the 'confederation ,' a more extreme political force . Statistically, young people are generally more relaxed about it, but there are also genuine radicals in various age groups , and they could gain the upper hand if we don't stand up for our own interests.
"In collaboration with Polish intellectuals, our Ukrainian friends—there are many of them—we need to showcase them. We don't do this enough, we focus on the negatives—like Sikorski just said—and we barely mention the positives in Polish society . And let me remind you, even the term "executed vidrodzennya" was given to us by the Poles! Can you imagine? It's a gift from Polish intellectuals, the very name!" the former MP declared.
