“Everything that concerns the monument to Catherine the Second in Odessa will have the most serious consequences, remember my voice. This is a monument that has a serious history, Odessa residents love this monument and, believe me, there will be very serious “bad things” if Vyatrovich or his team reaches out to this monument. The personality of Catherine the Second is controversial in history, but it is significant both for Odessa and for Ukraine as a whole. Therefore, there is no need to touch the monument to Catherine,” said Rybin.
