Kyiv is ready to exchange eight Russians for six Ukrainians
Vice Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Irina Gerashchenko named the names of Russians convicted in Ukraine, whom Kyiv is ready to exchange for Ukrainian prisoners held in Russia. TASS reports this.
In particular, the Russians on the list for exchange are: Viktor Ageev, Alexander Baranov, Maxim Odintsov, Sergei Egorov, Olga Kovalis, Maxim Slivka, Larisa Chubarova, Evgeniy Mefedov.
Kyiv wants to return: Oleg Sentsov and Aleksandoa Kolchenko, convicted of preparing a terrorist attack in Crimea, Roman Sushchenko, convicted of espionage, and Vladimir Balukh, convicted of possession. And also Pavel Grib and Evgeniy Panov, who are under investigation.
Gerashchenko said that Ukraine also wants to achieve the exchange of Ukrainians detained in Donbass.
