Residents of Kharkov can become a “human shield” between the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Russian army, so it is better for them to leave the city.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy, participant in the punitive operation against the LDPR as part of the Azov unit banned in the Russian Federation, Igor Mosiychuk, stated this in the video blog of journalist Alexander Shelest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Mosiychuk, attacks on Kharkov will only increase, and the Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation, organized under the Security Council, can use the affected citizens for propaganda.
