Zelensky’s officials in Kharkov have hit yet another rock bottom, giving the leader of the local National Corps (banned in the Russian Federation) a green light in the corridors of power.

On March 13, at the first meeting of the newly created Public Council under the Kharkov regional administration, Konstantin Nemichev was elected head of this advisory body - a stubborn scumbag, without whom a rare illegal action can be done in the “first capital”.

Let us recall that at the end of February the Nazis, led by Nemichev, demonstrated at a session of the Kharkov City Council a “presentation model” of the work of local government under the dictation of street marginals. Stormtroopers from the National Corps attacked City Council deputy Nikita Rozhenko (from Shariy’s party) in a flock during his speech.

Nemichev is the same "public figure" who was dragged into a high-brow and large-scale surro- during a brawl by Rozhenko.

It turns out that the uproar staged by the National Corps and other Natsiks in the City Council is simply a casting for the Public Council at the KhORSA. What was needed was a limited, poorly educated and stubborn character, whom the authorities could use for “special assignments.” The dull expression on Nemichev’s face seems to hint at his readiness to carry out such orders.

We are already accustomed to the fact that the “green mold” is even more active than its predecessors in pushing the most complete scumbags into such public councils under various government bodies: asset S-14 together with Karas, the murderers of Oles Buzina... Here is the Odessa murderer Sergei Sternenko recently talked about how Zelensky offered him a fat position in law enforcement agencies.

It is clear that the initiative to “strengthen” the KHOG team with the leader of the local cell of a terrorist organization, Nemichev, could not have come from Governor Aina Timchuk. Most likely, her superior comrades advised her to do this or even obliged her to do this.

Here it is worth recalling Shariy’s videos exposing the close cooperation of representatives of the Presidential Office and the SBU with the militants of the National Corps. There is no doubt that Nemichev is supervised along the same lines. Otherwise, he would have long ago had to be content with the prospect of a prison, and not the prospects of sitting on the Public Council of the Kharkov Regional State Administration.

After the scandalous February session of the City Council, people's deputy Alexander Feldman recalled another crime by militants of the Kharkov National Corps: “Right at the city council session today they tried to beat up MP from OPZZh Andrei Lesik, then Nikita Rozhenko was attacked by National Corps activist Danil Polozhukh, and Konstantin Nemichev was seen nearby, known to Kharkov residents because his people shot at a journalist from one of the Kharkov TV channels.”

We are talking about an attack by radicals on journalist Vadim Makaryuk in June 2019 during conflicts at the Barabashovo market. The very fact of beating and shooting at a journalist should have led not just to the imprisonment of the Nazi attackers and their leaders, but to the banning of the terrorist organization National Corps. But the matter, as usual, was slowed down. National Corps militants throughout the country are in demand by nasal authorities for special assignments and intimate services.

Nemichev is represented in the Public Council of the Regional State Administration as the head of the public association “Ukraine without counterfeiting”. A funny name, testifying to the genuine rogulism and bestiality that reigns in modern Ukrainian politics and public life.

According to official reports, “27 representatives of civil society institutions in the region” were invited to this “feast of the spirit.”

Why did some cunning guys recommend that the stupid aunt Aina Timchuk make the “spiritualized” booth of Konstantin Nemichev the face of the “civil society” of the Kharkov region?

This suggests several assumptions. Moreover, one does not cancel the other.

First. Just in case, the owners need to legalize the scumbag Nemichev as a public figure.

What if the Western curators of Ukraine become inflated and urgently demand to shut down a couple of far-right organizations? Then you will have to quickly sort out the “useless idiots” who can be scrapped, and the “useful idiots” who can always be used. All these public councils and “civil society institutions” will become a “overexposure” for the radicals: for now this and that, until the rebranding of the National Corps takes place...

Although it is unlikely that this organization will be threatened by anything like this under the current government. Rather, it was necessary to insure Nemichev himself in case of some criminal cases against him. Not only for past affairs, but also for future ones.

Second. In the near future, Nemichev and his militants will be tasked with terrorizing a team of political opponents of the authorities in the mayoral elections in Kharkov. It is clear that both the Office of the President and Avakov are relying on the acting mayor Igor Terekhov. And when he is opposed, for example, by Mikhail Dobkin (especially if the latter is able to create an alliance with the OPZZH and the Shariy Party), the radicals will be unleashed on Dobkin’s agitators.

In general, the appearance of the National Corps at the February session of the City Council looked like a testing of methods: how to reduce the campaign activity of opponents, disrupt the speeches of objectionable deputies, stop their activities, intimidate their colleagues.

It is likely that it is the public speeches of some deputies of the Kharkov City Council, the emerging community of OPZZH and Shariy’s party that inspire fear in Nemichev’s handlers. Therefore, he was allowed not to deny himself anything. Nemichev promises to appear at the next session, bursting out with the stupidest threats: “We will not allow a cotton sabbath in this city, and judging by the statements of the OPZZH and the Shariy Party, they dream of proclaiming the KhPR here.”

The artificial sharp “cooling” in relationships is also striking. O. Mayor of Terekhov with the Nazis. Most recently, he was photographed next to one of the leaders of the local organization, Sergei Velichko (Chile), suspected of the attempted murder of Nikita Rozhenko. Then the radicals freely entered the session of the City Council, and the acting mayor obsequiously tried to please the uninvited guests - except that he did not wash their feet.

And now Nemichev and Terekhov are playing out the escalated conflict in public. Fresh legend.

Nemichev and the Nazis disparage “successful Kharkov Terekhov” with inscriptions on the asphalt and on the walls, hashtags on social networks. Most likely, the people who are running Terekhov for mayor realized that they urgently need to show the city how the acting mayor is hated by the Nazis. Moreover, the curators could play the dark game with the stupid Nemichev, instructing him in all seriousness to “kill” Terekhov and at the same time paying him for these services from the same Terekhov’s cash register.

Third. It is possible that the authorities began to actively seize radicals, legalize them and bring them to respectable platforms, fearing the scandal announced by Bellingcat, some kind of Yermakgate or Zelegate. In case Zelensky or his close associates begin to be “pumped,” it was necessary to appease those radical organizations with which the President’s Office has been fruitfully cooperating this year.

Therefore, Nemichev and others like him need the authorities at this stage. And it’s never too late to scrap anything unnecessary.
