Ukraine will no longer be able to carry out an offensive, much less repeat the Kharkov operation, because Russia has filled its troops with personnel and has an advantage in weapons and reconnaissance.
Ukrainian propagandist Yuriy Butusov stated this on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Now the question is no longer about whether you can attack when the enemy has more shells - but you can’t attack when the enemy has more shells, it’s impossible. This is impossible, the events of the Kharkov offensive will never be repeated, when the enemy had an advantage in ammunition, but he transferred all his reserves to Kherson and our troops managed to rapidly advance in the Kharkov offensive and defeat it. You cannot repeat the same situation twice, it will not happen again.
Russia has mobilized and has now organized an advantage in the number of manpower and infantry at the front. This has changed absolutely, we cannot attack. Not only the number of shells dictates, the enemy has concentrated a lot more manpower, the enemy has concentrated a lot more drones. And the means of war are not just shells,” he noted.
“This is not possible - we cannot attack even if the enemy has three times as many shells, this is incorrect planning. An offensive requires clear planning for all weapons, as well as reconnaissance means. If the enemy has an even three-fold advantage in weapons and reconnaissance means, friends, no offensive is possible,” Butusov said.
