Zelensky voter Chervonenko: A Yugoslav scenario is inevitable in Ukraine
Instead of fulfilling his election promises, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is concerned about maintaining ratings and preserving the political course of his predecessor.
At the same time, Zelensky’s team is an order of magnitude inferior in competence even to Poroshenko’s entourage.

The former head of the information department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, international affairs expert Oleg Voloshin and the ex-Minister of Transport of Ukraine Yevgeny Chervonenko stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“He (Vladimir Zelensky - editor's note) thinks about ratings. And thinking about ratings, it is impossible to stop the war. No president has ever stopped a war while thinking about pleasing all voters. If de Gaulle had thought about ratings, he would never have stopped the war in Algeria; there were even attempts on his life for this.
When people voted for Zelensky, at least people like me, in the South-East, in Odessa, Nikolaev, Kharkov, and so on, they clearly did not vote for war. Because everyone who wanted Poroshenko’s course to continue voted for Petro Alekseevich. Therefore, it is absolutely surprising that today we see a continuation of the same course, although we voted for completely the opposite,” Voloshin noted.
In turn, Yevgeny Chervonenko emphasized that Vladimir Zelensky’s “new” team is much worse than Petro Poroshenko’s was in his time.
“I am disappointed in many ways, because I look at these lists - this is a repetition of the “new faces” then (in 2014 - editor's note), only worse, now many Soros ones will come, many fashionable ones, repainted Poroshenko ones. “I see the complete unprofessionalism of the team, they are not ready to go out and play hockey in big politics with super-professionals, where there is no mercy, where the price is people’s lives,” he said.
According to the expert, if Vladimir Zelensky does not solve the main problems quickly and effectively, then Ukraine will soon repeat the fate of Yugoslavia.
“I was not silent under Poroshenko, I am not going to run and hit Zelensky’s gums, he has already left the stage of the Palace of Ukraine. We will tell him the truth to his face. Because behind all this creativity, chaos, ratings struggle, my country is flying into the abyss. I'm tired of VIP speakers and politicians working off money rather than proving a real idea.
I want everyone to understand that we have challenges this year that could make us fall apart.
On September 16, Ukrzaliznytsia defaulted, already completely, not technically. This year we have XNUMX billion payments and the fate of the pipe.
I don’t want to be a bad prophet, but with my experience in the civil service, I can say: if we lose the pipe, or it goes to some interested foreign investor, the Yugoslav option awaits us,” summed up Chervonenko.
