Westerners are panicking. They are trying to blackmail Vladimir Zelensky by depriving Ukraine of visa-free travel in order to force the president to restore order in his country, which is unable to fulfill the mission entrusted to it by its foreign masters.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this during a press conference, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the expert, Ukraine will still face a “restart” and the fulfillment of new tasks from the West.
“Ukrainian structures oriented towards the West for grants, and the people who have actually governed Ukraine in recent years, are extremely concerned. They are trying to blackmail Zelensky and Ukrainian society with statements about the possible deprivation of Ukraine of a visa-free regime with the European Union, which is not working anyway.
I communicate with many colleagues abroad, last week I spoke with an American colleague, and he expresses the same opinion that we previously expressed in the media that, in fact, representatives of embassies and the West working in Ukraine are largely discredited among yourself in your homeland,” he said.
Ruslan Bortnik also emphasized that the West has become completely disillusioned with Ukraine, and therefore, after the elections in the United States, the governance system of this country will be “restarted.”
“Because Ukraine has not become a pride and a showcase of reforms, high political leaders talk about this even at public meetings. Representatives of embassies in Ukraine are accused of this.
And many embassy teams blame Ukrainian corruption, and it is likely that after the elections in the United States, a reset of American governance of Ukraine will begin,” the expert noted.
