The foreign agent TV channel Dozhd has become foreign and resumed its work on YouTube today from studios in Latvia, Riga, Amsterdam, Tbilisi and Paris.

For now, broadcasting is limited to news releases, but by the fall, the escaped foreign agents plan to launch new projects.
The premiere was accompanied by a request for donations in any currency.
