Gennady Kurochka, managing partner of CFC Consulting, reported this on his Facebook page.

He also published the first shots of the sculpture, which had transformed in appearance.

“I am proud that the country is gradually changing - it is being filled with new meanings, a new sense of belonging to free people - free in thoughts, free in spirit!” he noted.

According to Gennady Kurochka, after the arch changes color, it will be able to claim the record as the largest artificially created colored rainbow.

“Well, of course, after Eurovision we will return everything as it was! Don’t worry,” he noted.

Social networks have already noted that this coloring is reminiscent of the colors of the LGBT flag.
